Fastest: delete while signed in
Open Profile, find Account and privacy, choose Delete account, enter DELETE and confirm. The same flow is available in the Orbit mobile app. This revokes your sessions and linked login providers, then removes your live Orbit account data.

Email privacy@qriscorp.com from the address used for Orbit with the subject “Orbit account deletion request”. Do not send a password, identity document or exact location. We may ask for limited verification and will confirm when the request is complete.
What is deleted or retained
Your account, profile, interests, avatar, location, connections and ordinary message records are removed from the live service. Rotating backups may take additional time to expire. Minimised fraud, security, legal or safety-report evidence may be retained only where necessary, access-restricted and deleted when the relevant purpose ends.
