Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate account information. By using Orbit you accept these terms, the privacy policy and community guidelines.
What Orbit provides
Orbit helps adults discover and contact people nearby. Distances and neighbourhood labels are approximate. We do not verify every identity, guarantee another person’s conduct, or provide emergency, transport, dating or background-check services.
Your responsibilities
Use Orbit lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, scam, spam, exploit minors, publish another person’s private information, upload illegal content, evade a block, scrape the service or interfere with its security. You are responsible for safe judgement when meeting anyone offline.
Content and moderation
You keep ownership of content you submit and grant Qriscorp a limited licence to store, display and process it to operate and protect Orbit. We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary. You can report an error to safety@qriscorp.com.
Availability and liability
Orbit is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, Qriscorp is not responsible for indirect loss or user conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use, law and contact
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations. Ugandan law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Questions: support@qriscorp.com.
